Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tb-Woods 14mpc-4326-125 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reuland products, including obsoleted and phased-out Morse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tsubaki product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reuland such as the 29B4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 262UR40 manufactured by Morse and we are pleased to be able to service most Morse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1602CB by Manufacturer Tsubaki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cleveland Brand 2KL61BGD1010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Skf such as 22332CCC3W33 equipment made by Skf have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Skf products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Skf" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2137Z1S made by Falk as well as the popular 2711T6C20LI original spares produced by Allen-bradley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 15QZ10L56WP by Dodge and 22332CCC3W33 spares by Skf are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 150S025N000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tigear.
